「It’s a very good and history hotel. 」

「We had our wedding reception in this hotel 28 years ago, and it was the nicest hotel in town at that time. However, I am sad to say it is really showing its age. There was no fan in the bathroom, nor were there any towel racks to place towels on if you are staying more than one night. The fold out couch in our suite was disgustingly dirty and the mattress is a sheet of springs with a cloth cover, probably was one of the original furnishings. 「The worst experience I’ve ever had! When I arrived, I was informed that I needed to pay a deposit even though I had already paid for the room upfront. To make matters worse, the credit card machine was malfunctioning, and it was already 11 pm. I needed to find an ATM, but the nearest one was miles away, that actually worked. The first room I was given reeked, and the bed mattress made a loud noise every time I moved. I complained about the room, and I was moved to the room next door. As soon...

「I never got to check in. The door to office was open but staff was nonexistent. I rang the bell several times. I called the motel from my cell several times all to no avail. It will become a problem if I end up paying for the stay that didn't happen.」

「Only flaw was one of the TV remotes batteries weren't working so i asked for a different remote, other than that the service was excellent, the catering and rooms were perfect and the atmosphere was amazing. The next time im in Green Bay I'll be sure to check in back at this hotel」

「The staff was amazing! There were a couple room issues we brought to the staff's attention, which they handled promptly. The bed was comfy. Room was great. The only downfall of the room was how loud the AC unit is when it kicks on...unfortunately I'm a light sleeper and woke up almost everytime it turned on. Overall, I would recommend.」

「The Bay Motel was a unique surprise. My wife and I were looking for something simple and affordable to simply sleep while we were visiting our daughter...what a Gem. The staff was friendly and warm, the room was spacious, and the bed was outstanding. When we travel as a we seldom eat in the hotel restaurant, the coupons we received at check-in convinced us to give it a try...we were blown away by the speed, attentiveness of our server,, and the fresh meal we received. Affordable. Welcoming....
