“Great location, amazing view from our room. It has a hot top and 2 pools, one of which has ocean views and has a pool bar. restaurant located on site, the staff of the resort are constantly cleaning and making the experience memorable. Lots of markets nearby, food truck market right next door, and a grocery store right next door. Even during a tropical storm the staff was outside in the slower rain cleaning up. Being a private unit at a hotel resort, the hotel staff seemed hesitant to help out……

“This condo is on the 10th floor- I call it the penthouse! The beautiful kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and dine in a variety of spaces in the unit. “We had such a great time for our family vacation and first time in Hawaii! The view was even better than the pictures. The convenience of two bathrooms can be beat. You are right on the ocean and a few steps to the lobby where everyone is super friendly and you can book your sightseeing and tours as well. They serve hot coffee and iced tea in the lobby. We are creatures of convenience, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more convenient. Thank you, Christine for making our stay so pleasant.!……

"员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。"
