Easy access right off the elevator on the 5th floor. Just steps away from the beach and pool area. This was a perfect place to bring my kids and family.

As described. Great location in Ka'anapali and very equipped condo with beach chairs, cooler, and comfortable accommodations. Multiple steps in the unit not as accessible for differently-abled visitors, but roomy enough for those who plan ahead. Carpet could be cleaned from general space and removed from master bath, but no other complaints or concerns! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The room was very clean & the view was amazing. Fold out couch was comfortable, the king bed could use a topper as it’s very firm. A/C worked great. Appreciated the free laundry which was close to the room. Everything we needed for our family of four. Met all off our needs and more. Guest and staff were friendly. We will come back.

We've stayed at the Alii for over 30 years - since I was young. It's always been a great family location. No different this time. The property management company was great. A switch tripped with the air conditioning and they were out right away to fix it. Overall would stay again with them. We loved it so much we extended our stay another week! Mahalo!

The condo is in a great location. It was perfect fit for our family of 5. It has a lovely view from the balcony and everything you need in the kitchen. Only suggestion is to have plastic plates and cups stocked to use if you want to grill outside near the pool. Also, the laundry room at times would have a sewer smell. Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay with a family.

The property is privately owned and does not include the services of the company owned units at the Alii. We have stayed at this property many times and we missed services such as fresh towels, hand lotion, etc.

Staff were given very little information! We were I. A condo for 3 days w/o food, water or power. Being in a condo versus resort provided very little information, water or food resources. However, being in the condo allowed us to have the food we had but after one day at all went bad, because no electricity.

Close to whalers and the snorkeling in front was amazing. The unit itself is missleading online. It’s very dark and old. The cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms were dirty. Molding falling off in the kitchen. Washer drain smelled of horrible mildew, had to keep the door shut our entire stay. Bathroom in den has no privacy at all. Doors have slots so you can hear everything. The sink didn’t drain well if you left it on for 5 seconds or more. It had some updates and wasn’t horrible but we wouldn’t stay there again. Maybe a different unit.. both TV’s in both bedrooms did not work.. we usually stay at the Maui Eldorado which is known for being older and it felt older than that.and dirty.

The pictures on line looked so much better than in person. The condo needs updating. Needs new floors, and carpet removed. 2nd bedroom bathroom needs a complete remodel. Tub was old, and bathroom had missing tile under sink. Tile was also missing in the kitchen. Only closets were in the hallway. Also in the primary bathroom, while hanging a towel the towel rack came out of the wall. Bed spreads need to be replaced. Too many split levels.,Appliances were good, and the view was great.

We loved #151 at Kaanapali Alii. It was perfect for 3 of us. The only complaint I would have is that the pool water could be a little warmer. Some days it was too cold to get in. We had massages on the property. Best we’ve had.
