「Lovely, helpful staff at this hotel. If you appreciate a hard mattress, this is your hotel! It was clean, although a touch of possible mold growing at the base of the ADA shower. The switch from overhead shower to hand held was absolutely out of my reach to switch over, which was frustrating for me. Otherwise, a nice stay!」

「I've stayed here a few times over the 7-8 years. I remember the beds/linens and towels being slightly better then. The water views are great! The restaurant was Drumhellers back then also. We ate dinner once this trip at Riva, the food was really good, but the dinner service we got from Taylor was top notch. Breakfast was pretty good. It's a fun place to watch the boats launch. Super convenient for the Wine 2 Water cruise.」

「First impression at front desk, the employee was hygien challenged, dirty, greasy hair, body odor. Front desk person not professional, lacked eye contact, was minimally helpful, I had to request addition room key, he only gave me one. The room was not stocked with enough towels, when I went to front desk to request more, I was told they were out. Also out of pool towels. We liked the pool for the kids. I would choose another hotel on Columbia in the future, very disappointed in our stay.」

「Checked in on Friday afternoon, went to dinner and came back to discover that there was no cold water in our room. Went to bed thinking it would be better in am. It wasn't, the water was so hot that taking a shower was miserable. Had early baseball game, so when we return I went to front desk to inform them and they sent the maintenance person to our room. He informed us of the new upgrade to tank water system and there were issues with 3 other rooms and he couldn't fix it and had no solution....

「Room was clean and freshly remodeled. Exterior was in pretty rough shape. The steel stairs were nearly rusted through and the concrete they were attached to was spalling at the connection point. Serious safety issue that needs to be addressed immediately.」
