「We enjoyed a relaxing week at Niraamaya...all the staff (too many to name) ...Prasuna, Atul and Dr Aishwarya, Smita, Blessin, from the names I remember, all went out of their way to assist us with our requests and always with a smile. I especially enjoyed the nasal massage to clear up the sinuses. Our grandson loved being in the pool and the whole family liked the high tea activities. The food was fresh and tasty. We even asked for recipes to try at home.

「It is a newer hotel in the area, and the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and consistently provided excellent service throughout our stay. Their professionalism truly made a difference.
The 3-star rating is mainly because the kitchen smell was lingering in the room corridor, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the pillows were very thick, and the hotel did not have thinner options available. This made our sleep uncomfortable and caused neck...

We hired a day boat which picked us up from the bottom of the garden.
