“Flott hotell, veldig vennlig betjening. Flott basseng og god kaffe”

“I very rarely leave reviews but Ishq was exceptional. If you are looking for an alternative to big, chain hotels this small, intimate property is perfect. Beautiful rooms and spaces with personal service. Food exceptional. Thanks Darshana.”

“Worst experience... The best part is after booking the hotel and after reaching his premises there is nobody to open the doors. And I came back.”

“No towels. Bad service ”

“Nice place. Excellent quality and facilities”

“The house is spacious and feels safe, which we appreciated. However, it was very dirty and dusty when we arrived. The kitchen sink, toilets, and floors were not clean, and the bedsheets had not been changed. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet expectations.”

“Our family s(7 adults, 2 children) stayed in this spacious villa for 3 nights. Rooms were clean but not the kitchen. Next day when we needed to iron , there was a problem with the outlet. The host took care of the problem providing an extension cord. Host seemed very friendly, thinking about comforts of guests. Communicated well. There were few problems. Both sharing bath rooms couldn’t be locked. We were okay because all rooms were occupied by our family. This villa can be improved with a……

The living areas downstairs are spacious and take advantage of indoor/outdoor continuity. The location was quiet and well situated to get around Colombo. Most impressively the staff was fantastic. They are on site 24 hrs per day and can prepare homemade meals using organic produce when requested. The staff was so helpful with my……
