「Oasis is perfectly located to explore the old town (plus, it’s reachable by taxis!). My room had two twin beds and I found them slightly small, but the mattress was perfect for my taste. Room was quiet and warm, in spite of outside chilly weather. Breakfast was very yummy and complete. The manager was extremely helpful, booking my early morning taxi to Urgench airport and leaving me coffee and sweets!.」

「It was a beautiful stay staff were super helpful and accommodating The room was beautiful and clean great for one night」

「Amazing family run hotel In a fantastic easily accessible location. Good breakfast and very comfortable sleeping accommodations! Very pleasant stay in Xiva thanks to this hotel!」

「we stayed two nights and no one cleaned up the room on our stay of the 2nd stay. There are no clean towels, and no free bottle of water on the 2nd day. Room is dusty and filthy. And I won't stay in this hotel if given a second chance」

「No hot water at the hotel and they just trying to let us take shower with cold water」

「staff very friendly」

「Though I checked in late at night, I was surprised to see the south gate so close to my window in the following morning. Due to lack of English signs in general in Khiva, I still got lost to some extent. But the clear location of this hotel somehow helped me go back to the hotel after the tour. 」

「Horrible experience!! We truly disliked our stay there; bathroom smells like sewage, customer service is non existent, very poor decor, and lack of outdoor light, difficult to find, the location is on the end of the wall city near north gate. I do not recommend this place and service.」

「From the outside, it's a hole in the wall. Once inside, it's just plain comfortable. Everything works, Mom smiles and feed you like her son. You don't really want to leave.」

「Breakfast was well prepared, staff members were helpful.」

「The hotel is reasonable and reasonably located. The problem is with the manager babur. Apparently he is the one who arranges transportation. We had requested him to arrange a transportation early in the morning to get the super fast train from kiva to bukhara and even though he confirmed it at 12:00 midnight, nothing showed up in the morning and that is very difficult in a place where people mainly speak Russian or Uzbek」
