“Beautiful location, great staff and service”

“We had an amazing and comfortable stay at Hong Sau Resort, and it delivered more than what it promised. The landscape around the resort is surreal and allows plenty of space to move around nature and explore. We opted for the Breakfast Buffet, and the spread was quite satisfying and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Ansan, Sanjay, and Darshan for their constant support, prompt assistance, and for going the extra mile to make our stay genuinely memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming……

“AC and WiFi connection was not working during check-In. AC got repaired by Evening and got Wi-Fi comnection next day morning. Property is in good condition and swimming pool is also maintained.”

“Road to resort is pathetic, but resort itself is extremely good.”

“Mice in the room. Understaffed. Pathetic room service. Exhorbitant sight seeing charges. No payment receipts or printed bills. Amount to be paid is mentioned on a scrap paper with out the name of the resort. Shady.”

“It has potential but I would say a lot of refurbishment required to get it up to standard. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Food options wasn't exactly massive but the food was great tasting for all the meals we had there. ”

“Yes. Something else, of course, problem is starting from Hotels.com. On what basis this horrible place placed in like 5 Star property and how are you deriving this much price for the old and neglected property. You people are doing big sin. Please respect your customers ”
