老式溫泉飯店，近天文館通，覓食購物容易

距離市電天文館通站走路約10分鐘，老溫泉飯店，老裝潢，床很好睡，溫泉不錯但是浴場很小，約莫5人入浴就客滿，櫃臺人員很親切，日式早餐每天相同，緊臨照國神社和中央公園，環境清靜

位置不錯 酒店乾淨整潔

位置在天文館通附近, 有食肆, 購物方便, 也有電車及機場巴士站。 酒店乾淨, 而且有溫泉, 房間(日式家庭房)很大而整潔, 每天都會整理榻榻米及附送當地小吃。 Wifi用不到, 但不影響。有需要找職員幫忙時, 職員都熱心服務。 當天提早了兩小時到達酒店, 職員細心安排提早入房間。 唯退房時間(10:00)比較早, 希望可以提供稍為延遲(~12:00)的退房時間。

Not a nice hotel

Start with the advantages: The location is ok. Five mins walk to convenient store and ten mins to nearest train station. Price is quite good. Warming was sufficient even when it was snowing However, the facilities of the hotel are not good. The hot spring/onsens is small that it could hardly be used by 6 persons. Indoor areas including corridors are dim - from 10 pm to 8 am the main illumination are off. For some area (e.g. Outside my room) the only light is from the emergency exit sign. The light in room is funny too. The switch of the main illumination is placed innermost of the room below the alarm clock. So I am supposed to know exactly where the switch is without lighting up my room? And the TV is unplugged when I arrived, which made me wonder when the last time the room was occupied. In sum, I guess you have better choice for the same price.

距離天文館購物街五分鐘路程，地點靜中帶旺，也很方便。頂樓溫泉不錯，唯沒有露天溫泉。整體裝潢日本傳統式，喜歡懷舊的人可試試。職員大部分是長者，英語不太懂，但笑容及服務令你感到舒服

Old Japanese Hotel Downtown

The location of hotel is very good. It is next to sightseeing points, e.g. Terukuni Shrine, restaurants and shopping district of Temmonkandori... It is also only couple tram stops from Kagoshima central station and ferry port. The hotel's style is traditional Japanese but the facility is quite old, especially in public area. The guest room condition is OK. Surprisingly, the bathroom is very clean, tidy and modern. But the room size is quite small (mine was a single room). The roof top onsen is also small, but good in condition. The view is Shiroyama and Terukuni Shrine. Front desk staff can speak basic English. The hotel offer free parking, but you have to give the car key to front desk. Hotel staff would closely park the cars. So it may not be convenient if you have to go somewhere by car at night. One complaint is there is the public smoking area right outside my non-smoking room!! I would say the hotel is fair. Considering the room rate and free parking in downtown area, it values the amount I paid.

設備への不満 壁紙の剥がれ、浴室壁の穴あり。 浴衣、タオル等の備品の補充忘れあり。 トイレの水漏れあり。 接客や露天風呂は良かった。 隣の部屋の音も小さく壁の厚みもあるので熟睡できた。

受付の女性対応は良くない

以前利用した事があり、良い印象だったので、仕事以来の友人の宿泊所として利用しましたが、チェックインの際に支払のおつりを渡すトレイもなく、女性の受付け対応はホテルの対応らしくなくとても不快でした。挨拶もなく粗雑で驚いた。男性の対応は良かったです。

駅からは遠いけど観光には良

知覧に先に行って戻って来たら日が暮れて、遅くなりましたが「お待ちしておりました」と優しく迎えて頂いて。温泉も合って近くには観光スポットが沢山合って環境は良かったです。朝早く温泉に入り、散歩して又温泉至福の時でした。お安く泊まれたのでお部屋はそれなりでした。寝るだけでしたので問題無いです。スタッフの方は親切でした。お世話になりました。

シングルルームでの宿泊でしたが、室内の液晶テレビの一部が映らなかったり、足下ライトが点灯しなかったり、パントリーの機械音が夜遅くなるまで気になった。館内は古さを感じられるものの綺麗で落ち着いた感じで良かったが、客室は一気に古さを感じさせられ、壁紙の破れや汚れが目立った。 wifiの設定もSSIDが複数あるにも関わらず、設定案内でのSSIDは1つで一致するものがなくセキュリティ的に心配だった。また、途中で通信が滞り使えないタイミングがあったのは残念。 逆にフロントの接客や温泉はとてもよく今回の宿泊金額を考慮すると総合的には良いホテルでした。 おそらくシングルの主な利用は、添乗員などの宿泊用なのかもしれないが少し残念ではありました。
