Great hotel, conveniently located at the center of Kagoshima. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Communication via mail before the check in was a bit difficult and instructions for parking were unclear (affiliate parking in nearby places), but overall a great place to stay

We stayed in this hotel for one night, and the location is excellent as it is located in the city center, adjacent to the train station and shopping arcade. Most notably, the view from our room was exceptional. We could enjoy the magnificent sight of Sakurajima volcano from our window. Overall, this hotel provided great value for money.

Across the street, if not closer, to bus and train. Great breakfast. Helpful staff when I had a problem with an upcoming flight. Jaw dropping view of Sakurajima. Highly recommended.

Close to train station but overall room and facilities just average. Not a lot of English or information available. Room furniture needs an update. A few OK local restaurants in basement area.

It was quite small for 2 people and unfortunately there was no room to open our suitcases. However, the condition of the room was great and the location was extremely convenient for travelling by bus, train and car. The view on Mt. Sakurajima was amazing and the bathroom was quite big. Overall it was nice experience. They could add some more services typical for Japan, such as amenities.

無駄なアメニティや掃除を省き、各階にウォーターサーバーを設けたり、タオルの交換はされていたり、サービスがちょうどよく行き届いていました。Wifiは夜間のオンライン国際会議も全く問題なくできました。夜遅くなっても、エレベーターで屋台村に直結できるのが、うれしかった。朝食のビュッフェは鹿児島の食材もメニューも豊富でよかったです。空港からのバスの発着所の真上で、中央駅にも地下でつながっていて、最高に便利でした。
