“The room is clean and view is awesome.”

“Location is wonderful, great beach access and having the Island Vibe restaurant on location was so nice. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. Our biggest issue was with the air conditioner in our room. It leaked continuously on the carpet. It was soaking wet, smelled awful everytime we came into the room. It has obviously been an ongoing issue as there is a large stain there. I did let the host know, but nothing was really done. I’m not sure why the water line for the AC isn’t……

“We originally booked a first floor since mom is handicap and they moved us to 2nd floor without telling us until we got there. Room shower knobs were broken and we showered with hot water for 2 days. There are no kitchenette’s in this place. No grills either. Pool was cloudy and looked dirty. It’s an old hotel. We were only allowed to rent chairs and umbrella’s until 4pm. The restaurant was okay. The hammocks were dirty and smelly. The lounge chairs were old and dirty around the pool area. We……

“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”

“We stayed in Room #1 in the main building w/ shared bathrooms. Upon arrival, I couldn’t find the front office. A guest told me I should have received an email or text with the room code and check-in instructions. I never received either. Since I booked through Expedia, I also checked for messages there but found nothing. When I contacted the owner about not receiving the check-in information, she didn’t seem concerned. We had to leave our belongings in the unlocked room until we eventually……

“The cutest hotel in the perfect location on Maui! Close to lots of local cafes and restaurants, and the beach was maybe a 10 minute drive away. The room itself was super cute and tasteful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We’ll be staying here again the next time we’re in Maui!”
