Private 4bd Home, Walk to Beach

The Kahana Beach House is a spacious and comfortable home located across the street from a private beach. Close to some of Maui's best restaurants, golf, and exciting island attractions the beach house serves as a great central hub to explore the island of Maui. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and the outside deck is great for lounging in a hammock or grilling on the BBQ.





The Space



Spacious 4BD/3BA House in ideal location, with nearby beach access and close to restaurants, golf, and attractions. This bright and airy 2,500 square foot home is a wonderful place to get away. The home is equipped with towels, wifi, AC, pots and pans, and other island necessities. Our spacious lanai (deck) is the perfect place to relax on the hammock or BBQ and enjoy a meal. The kitchen is large and newly updated with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, tea kettle, and plenty of dishes and glassware. Bathrooms are newly re-modeled and filled with towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Our closets have extra pillows, iron, steamer, beach towels, games/cards, luggage scale, Maui guide books and other materials to make your stay more comfortable. We have some beach chairs and umbrellas available for you use.



*Bedroom 3 LOFT has been enclosed to make a proper bedroom. New photos to come.

Other things to note Attached caretaker unit above garage occupied by long-term tenant, separate entrance, very private. - XL-twins can be converted to a king bed if desired, please let us know ahead of time. *Mid-week cleaning can be arranged for stays of 8 nights or more. Linens can also be changed for additional cost.



I'm happy to answer any questions or concerns durning your stay. I am available over the phone and live a short distance from the property. I have lots of recommendations for restaurants and activities and can even offer your party private yoga or pilates sessions for an additional cost. This home is located in Kahana in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, directly across the street from an uncrowded and semi-secret beach. Less than 250 ft from the sand. Five minute drive to Napili Bay and the Kapalua Golf and resort areas. Ten minutes to Ka'anapali Beach, 15 minutes to Lahaina. Public bus stop right out front. The Kahului Airport (OGG) is approximately an hour drive from our home. The Kapalua Airport (JHM) is a small inter-island airport close by, 3 minute drive, that operates small aircrafts.

Close to the beach and yet tucked away

We had a wonderful experience and stay. Minutes away from the best beaches, restaurants (China Boat is amazing and within walking distance) and shopping for necessities. I’d highly recommend.

Perfect for a week of family time

We loved our stay at the Kahana Beach House. It was a perfect size for our group of eight family and friends. We were all in Maui for our first time, and the location was great for exploring West Maui, snorkeling, and scuba. The sunsets at Kahana Point were priceless. Morning runs up to the Kapalua Coastal Trail were great to start the day. Loved this place a lot, and would definitely stay here again when on Maui.

We stayed here with some close friends and family to elope at Ironwoods beach. This house was absolutely perfect! The location and access to the beach is so convenient. The house both inside and out is perfection. Great spaces, lots of amenities, and a fully loaded kitchen. Could not recommend more!

Grandmas first trip to Hawaii

This was my 89 year old grandmothers first trip to Hawaii, something she had wanted to do her entire life. We had four generations together under one roof and this property was perfect for our diverse group. Great amenities on the property and walkable beaches, groceries, and dining.

Lovely stay on Maui!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Kahana Beach house, just 15 minutes north of downtown Lahaina. The house had everything our 3-generation family needed for our vacation— it was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. And the location was excellent! We could walk to the beach a block away, or easily drive 5 minutes north to Napili Bay, an idyllic Maui beach perfect for snorkeling and swimming! Our family loved sitting on the lanai at any time of day—always breezy and relaxing. Highly recommend this stay for a family vacation in paradise!

Overall, we had a very nice experience at this house. It is truly a half a block from the beach. The best amenity was an outdoor patio with chairs and dining. It’s rare to find a house with so many king beds! We would come back.

Great Home

Our family just enjoyed our Christmas Holiday in Maui. This house was great for our 8 adults and infant. The backyard was so enjoyable to all gather. The owner provided us beach chairs and towels to enjoy the beach. We could easily walk to a beautiful beach. We had my 80 year old mother with us and she could easily get to the beach from this house. We had a small issue with the coffee pot and within an hour the owner had a new one delivered. They were very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful home in Napili area

Our group of 8 adults had a fantastic stay at this wonderful house just a short block to a pretty and mostly private beach. We all loved staying here, and we are a picky group! The owners, Michael and Lauren, were gracious and very responsive to our questions throughout the week. The house itself is quite roomy, easily accommodating all of us, whether we were hanging out in the house or on the back porch. The well-appointed kitchen was very large, and we could cook together without crowding each other. The Napili area of Maui is gorgeous --- dramatic coastline, great hiking and snorkeling, lots of good restaurants, and easy proximity to Kaanapali. We hope to stay here again next time!

Wonderful Stay in Kahana!

Our stay at the Kahana house was fantastic! The spacious home comfortably accommodated our group of 8 adults. The pictures truly don’t do the house justice! It was clean, well-equipped with all the amenities, including everything needed for the beach, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with a variety of accessories. Its proximity to beaches and convenient accessibility to various destinations made our trips hassle-free. A big shoutout to Lauren, who was incredibly accommodating and promptly addressed all our inquiries and requests. Overall, a wonderful experience made even better by the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this area of Maui.

Family's first trip to Hawaii

This was our family's first trip to Hawaii and we chose Maui for a more laid back feel. We found this house when researching places to stay that would fit our family. When we arrived the house was just as advertised, was a perfect home away from home for us. We loved walking across the street to the beach for a sunset every night and really enjoyed how close the house was to all the great snorkeling beaches Maui has to offer. The only downside was that the washer and dryer did not work very well so we had a hard time getting our clothes washed. Everything else was nothing short of amazing and the Lauren was super responsive with any questions we had. We will certainly look to stay here again!

Beautiful Maui

Our family vacation was July 31-Aug 10, 2023, the period before and two days during the devastating wildfires which burned beautiful Lahaina. Our time spent before the fires was fun-filled and the house was absolutely gorgeous and a perfect configuration for our family of 3 adult couples and 2 kids. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked and the furnishings were beautiful. I would highly recommend renting this property! But, the element that really stands out to our family is the attention to our family’s well being during the fires. We were in Kehei when the fire broke out and despite the lack of cell service, internet and power to the area of the property, Lauren drove to a hill top to contact us to check on us. We were never able to return to the property and Lauren and Michael have since packed our belongings for us and are storing them until will are able to sort out what to do. In addition they sent passports to us via UPS Despite a devastating personal loss for their family, we have texted back and forth over 20 times! What kind of host does all this? An extraordinarily kind, caring and committed host! We cannot thank Lauren and Michael enough. Although West Maui is currently restricting visitors, as soon as it opens up please consider supporting this family by booking this property. You won’t regret it.
