「The place was not stocked up well and the appliances like coffee machine were dirty. Things were minimally maintained abd the beach equipment was so dirty and smelly, I had yo wash the beach towels before using it and beach chairs wete all stained and smelly. But overall it was clean.」

「Great location near Paia shops and short walk to Mama's Fish House, & beach.
Enjoyed our stay at Kuau Plaza. The condo was just as described and pictured. Nicely furnished & decorated. Comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, nice bathroom...all looked brand new! Although right next to the road, we barely heard the traffic.
We would stay here again.」

「It was as described. The location was good for a stay in Hana. You can see a slice of the ocean between the trees and homes across the street but there is no access to the ocean. It was about 30 minutes from a great hike at Pipiwai Trail south of Hana. They helped us out by letting us drop off our bags early.」

「We stayed while the storm was passing through, I believe this was the only place on the road to Hana which had power and water as they are self suffiecient. The gardens were gorgeous and Michael and Terry were very good hosts. The location was exactly as described in the listing.」
