“Great stay for family of seven. Plenty of bathrooms. Close to all the action. We had a van, but the bus stop is super close and if you can brave the cold and the hill you could walk everywhere. Loved having plenty of bathrooms and plenty of seating for family to all sit together to eat or to relax in the lounge. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Visiting for a ski trip. Accommodations were warm, spacious, clean and honestly perfect. Location is outstanding directly next to 3 bus lines. Walking to food, bars & Downtown area. Hosts was very responsive and easy to work with. ”

“Pros: The chalet and surrounding area were better than advertised. Right next to the ski lift and quite comfortable. Cons: Customer service was overwhelmed and made mistakes. Most frustrating was arriving at midnight to find ourselves unable to get into our room even after confirming twice the entry instructions the day prior. After 24 hours of travel, having to wait outside on a cold night until someone let us in was not fun. ”

“Best family vacation hotel. We had a 2-bedroom apartment. The 2 kids had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had complimentary breakfast in the dining room every morning and even cooked dinner in the open kitchen one night. ”

“Nice three-bedroom apartment with an amazing view of Mt. Yotei (looks like Mt. Fuji). We came to ski and the property was tucked back on a side street about 1/2 mile from the resort. The staff provides a free private van shuttle during the day to and from the resort or to and from any local shops or restaurants, with a little notice. Even without notice, they try to accommodate you. One of the kids wanted to return mid-day from the ski resort and they picked us up within a few minutes. There……

“離纜車有一段路，但門口就有Free shuttle bus 離市區走路約20分..5分鐘能到超商 有交誼廳 烤箱 微波爐 電磁爐 簡單的烹飪用具 ”

“服務員很盡責，我們晚上7點多才到達飯店，車子才駛上平台已見有外籍女職員穿著短裙套裝衝出來接待，那天氣是零下幾度… 接著是check in時才了解已沒晚餐／餐廳提供，只能選幾款簡單的room service，還好味道不錯。吃完馬上整裝去洗溫泉，原來溫泉只到晚上（好像）10點？反正趕緊去泡一泡，而且戶外溫泉也分男女使用權，即一天男的一天女的，入住晚上那天是女用戶外，翌日就換男用戶外，所以翌日早上我沒下去泡溫泉了我不喜歡室內，所以也看不到什麼很美的戶外溫泉景觀。 飯店整體很美，房間窗外風景在翌日天光後才看的真，真是有夠美，但早餐不是buffet有點不合口味。check out後職員仍熱情地幫忙推行李後在下著雪很冷的停車坪陪我等車子駛上來，再一一把行李搬上車才目送我們離開，連塞他小費也極不好意思地收了，所以我對此飯店的職員給予高度評價，美中不足的是膳食和溫泉開放時間短。”
