A shame you did not notify us while you were here to make your stay better - we do appreciate the written note you left however so we can rectify the issues - we charge less than $50 a person which is cheaper than most backpackers for a modern spacious home with plenty of privacy

Hi - thankyou for your feedback - we are pleased you found the property spacious and comfortable especially when the weather was not great during your stay - we are sorry the few basics provided until you can get to the super market were not up to expectation - we realise we forgot to leave you milk- we do supply our phone number so such things as lightbulbs and kettle can be sorted at the time of stay - we appreciate you letting us know so we can fix the issues - we don’t charge a cleaning fee so it is annoying when clients don’t clean up as expected Once again thanks for letting us know so we can do better - merry Christmas and safe travels
