"Great location!!! I think hotels prices are getting beyond ridiculous, honestly we stayed less than 8 hours in our room, and I’m paying for safety only. The hotel was nice, staff amazing, but price F++++."

The gym could use some improvements (very small and can’t really get more than 7-10 people in there) and the pool/ hottub area (while SO pretty and well decorated) could use some more upkeep in my opinion. Our shower was also not the cleanest when we arrived. Would still come back!"

"Good thing I bought the insurance on this reservation. Because the reservation never actually happened we were removed from the property by construction crew because it was under renovations and when we tried to contact the property owner no one would answer. We literally had to talk to the neighbors in order to get some answers."

"The house is beautiful, especially the yard and they provide pool inflatable and beach gear which was helpful. Kitchen is well equipped. Having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great. However the master bed and bath are only accessible by walking outside to pool area and going back in through a separate door. Also there is no door on the master bathroom. Air conditioning in each room was wonderful. There was a very loud water hammer in the first bathroom off the kitchen whenever the toilet was flushed. Host was responsive. I was worried about the location being noisy as it backs up to a main road and the Kaneohe marine base, but it was quiet. We very rarely heard any traffic noise. Being in Kailua was great to be close to Kailua and Lanikai beaches but any activities in Honolulu or Waikiki were approx a 30 min drive. The house is close enough to walk to the water but not to a beach that you can swim at. Swimming beaches are a short drive about 10 min away. Also most of the sliding doors on the house can't be locked which was concerning to me. It seems like a safe neighborhood but I like to be able to lock up valuables. We would recommend this house and would love to visit again."
