Welcome to Alohawaii Properties by the Sea, a licensed transient accommodations operator (License 1990/NUC-1760), Registration Numbers GE-039-001-2928-01, TA-039-001-2928-01. Located on a quiet beach lane, our villa offers a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the best of Kailua. Just a one-minute walk to the best stretch of Kailua Beach, where soft sand, turquoise water, and gentle waves invite you to swim, snorkel, or paddle a kayak.

When you're not at the beach, you can use the shared pool or soak in the hot tub, both surrounded by gardens. Inside, the villa has air conditioning and free WiFi, plus essentials like a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. To help you enjoy the outdoors, we provide beach gear including bikes, boogie boards, coolers, chairs, mats, and towels. A shared washer and dryer with laundry supplies is available if needed, along with a gas BBQ for outdoor cooking. The unit also has two private bathrooms, one inside and another by the pool.

Great location!

The location is unbeatable: short walk to the best beach! Beds are comfortable. We probably missed the description that the second bathroom is downstairs, outside the unit, but it wasn't a big issue for us. We had a great stay.

The location was excellent and the unit was comfortable. We were disappointed as five adults to find that there were not really enough beds to accommodate us. One double bed, two singles, and sheets to cover a couch. Enjoyed our stay.

Lovely getaway

Our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect. Nice amenities and kitchen/bathrooms had xtra supplies needed for our stay. Truly a gem in Kailua. Easy access to the beach and stores. Great location

The owners were very nice and offered to help with anything we needed, but I didn’t want to bother them. Manager was prompt with replies. The place itself was pretty small and the kitchen basically fits one person (also can barely open the dishwasher because it is so close to the fridge) Could use new dishes because most were chipped. Better directions as to where to turn on the hot tub would have been helpful. Otherwise good but seems a bit expensive. My sister had a bigger place just down the beach for about 1200 less for the week. Again, owners seemed like lovely people:)

Right across the road from a beautiful beach.

The location was great. It was very quit and the grounds were beautiful. The description was not clear, it did have two bedrooms (1 was very small) and it listed two bathrooms, only one was in the unit. The other was downstairs by the pool. Also the kitchen was not stocked well, especially glasses. We did have a great time and again the location was wonderful.

Perfect rental in Kailua

Loved the house and location. I booked it in a hurry and without reading the specifics knowing that options were limited and we were visiting friends nearby. I couldn't believe my dumb luck when we arrived and realized how perfect the location was which is right across from a sandy and picturesque beach and walking distance to snorkeling, swimming and the Lanikai Pillbox Trail. Having been to the various islands of Hawaii 15-20 times we had avoded Oahu until this trip thinking the whole island would be like Wikiki. We were totally wrong. Love Oahu and this property and can't wait to come back.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay here. Location is great, pool and hot tub were very nice, and the beds are very comfortable. Nice kitchen as well. And the property owners were very nice and responsive.

Perfect for family of 4

We loved being able to walk across the street to Kailua Beach or walk to Island Snow for shave ice. It was a safe area and the owners were great. They have some fins to borrow for snorkeling, beach chairs, and coolers to use which was so nice.

Amazing rental

We stayed here for 5 days and it was incredible. The house was just as described and was within walking distance of a beautiful, quiet beach as well as several places to eat. The property owners were lovely, the pool was a perfect place to unwind, and the fridge/pantry even had some things for us to use (e.g., seasonings). When we come back (the trip was that incredible), we will absolutely stay here again.

Kailua Stay

We were visiting Oahu for 2 family weddings and found this wonderful oasis. The owners couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive to our needs. The location is excellent, right across the street from Kailua Beach Park. If you have plans to stay on the Windward side of Oahu, we highly recommend this property.

Perfect stay in paradise

Me and my family loved our stay here. Can’t beat the location, the pool is beautiful, the premises are clean and there’s everything you need to feel like it’s home away from home. The property owners are very nice and have a true aloha spirit. Will definitely be back in future years.

Amazing location to the best beaches

We enjoyed our time. The proximity to Kailau and Laniki beach was fantastic. Loved the pillbox hike and multiple sunrises. Some of the shared spaces wasn’t totally clear to me but everyone was friendly and respectful.

Awesome - quiet place

This is a great spot - Suzy was great to communicate with and took care of us! It's nice to have a pool in a secluded backyard. Clean, well cared for - highly recommend this place for an "in the neighborhood" quiet stay!

Perfect Location

Beautiful beach a stones throw away and just a short walk to Buzz's Streakhouse which I highly recommend. Lanikia beach is just a 10 min walk up the road. The garden around the pool was amazing and the homeowners were extremely nice and responsive if we needed anything. No street noise, the only thing you hear are the birds singing.

An awesome place right across the street from Kailua Beach. Parking in the carport was tricky but the rest of the property was perfect for us. The beds are super comfortable. The whole unit was so cute and lovely. We ran into Steve and Susie and they couldn't have been sweeter! Great place and great time!!

Simply outstanding location!

We had a great time and would love to visit and stay here again! The location was perfect, across from Kailua Beach. The property had everything the four of us needed including a kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C, ceiling fans and a pool! Zak was friendly, responsive and accommodating.
