Beautiful 3rd floor 2 bed/2 bath unit with ocean views, cathedral height ceilings and an expanded loft space with 2 twin beds. Located along the Kona Country Club golf course. Has 3 swimming pools with spas, two tennis courts, lush tropical landscaping, and ample closet space. The condo is close to shopping, restaurants and water activities too, at nearby Keauhou Bay. A slice of paradise with a cozy family touch. Minimum 7-night stay.

This place was absolutely amazing. Had a minor issue with the door code but it was handled promptly. There is plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, beach towels etc. The condo was stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils also with spices. There was laundry and dish detergent. I highly recommend you place a walmart order or hit up Costco on your way from the airport as it can take 25 min to get there. This truly is an amazing place with an amazing host. Our family will stay here again if it’s available. Fit our family of 7 perfectly. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The condo was as it appeared in the pictures, but our lower rating was for other reasons: There was a small amount of TP, D/W detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags, causing us to worry about running out (this should never be an issue, and we did run out of D/W detergent). I asked the host about all of this and he, initially, said he expected guests to purchase their own when they ran out (which, IMO, is unheard of), but then he said he'd have his property manager come restock it (he never came). In addition, the grill was so smoky on the patio--and its location kept much of the smoke from easily escaping, so it set off smoke alarms--that we stopped using it. There was no cutting board or a few other basic kitchen necessities, and the body wash was entirely out. For these reasons, it felt like the host was being cheap, and that made it less enjoyable. The property itself was nice and, as pictured, so if the things I described don't bother you, you will likely enjoy it.

We had an amazing stay. The views every morning and sunsets at night were spectacular! We were very comfortable with our family of 8, though we have smaller ones, but 6-7 adults would be perfectly suited here. They had everything we needed to cook when we needed it, including the grill which was so nice. They provided some extras like beach chairs, beach toys, towels and boggie boards. They also had some basic condiments stocked and toiletries so we could get comfortable very quickly as well as some games, binoculars for whale watching, books and puzzels. Would definitely recommend. Good communication and no big to do list when you leave. They did everything to make the stay a 10/10.

We enjoyed these accommodations immensely. They were exactly as pictured. The A/C was a plus, although we didn't need it as much as we have in the past due to cooler temps. We loved having beds for everyone. Super close to the manta snorkel and fairly close to the Captain Cook trail. Another snorkel beach is close by. Close proximity to Magic Sands. Easy access to the highway. The sunset views of the water was awesome. And we even started to love the frogs outside!

Clean / comfy apartment

Apartment unit was clean and comfortable. Everything was just like in pictures. Unit included plenty of beach towels. Two beach umbrellas and two beach chairs (maybe four, don’t really know how to use the other two). Beach chairs could use an update.The mini split ACs worked great to keep each of the rooms cool.The upstairs twin beds are way too soft for adults. Small kids were fine though but I would imagine any adult over 100lbs would need more support.One last thing to mention are the birds at night. Not sure if they are around year round but if you’re a sensitive sleeper; might be a problem. There are birds chirping all night long starting as soon as sun sets.Great apartment though and host was accommodating with checkin and out
