Work space abounds and the work triangle moves easily. For convenience, a half bath is off the kitchen. 2 guest rooms, a full bath and laundry room complete this wing of the house which leads to the 2-car garage. The home is equipped with central AC and ceiling fans throughout.

The primary bedroom suite is separated from the other guest rooms on the other side of the house. There are sliding glass doors that lead out onto a private lanai for the master or to the pool. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.
