Downstairs, you’ll find the expansive living room with an L-couch and large television, ceiling fans, mirrored back wall for added spaciousness, access to the dining area with a table for six, as well as access to the kitchen and the back lanai. From the living room, step out onto the back-covered lanai, equipped with seating and ceiling fans, overlooking a sweeping panoramic view of the majestic waves of the Pacific Ocean, with direct access to the beach. The kitchen comes with an array of modern stainless steel appliances, as well as a counter bar with two stools, and a hanging wine glass rack. Just past the kitchen is the laundry room with an in-unit washer and dryer.
