Welcome to Kilokilo Kona, our family friendly beachfront condo located within the White Sands Village complex sitting across the street from Magic Sands beach in Kailua-Kona.



With stunning ocean views, a white sand beach, and access to resort-style amenities, Kilokilo Kona is the perfect spot for your family dream vacation. The condo is conveniently located near many popular attractions such as Magics Beach Grill, Keauhou marina, and Kahalu’u Beach Park, where you can take surf lessons or snorkel.



The condo features a king size bed and master bathroom with shower, and a second room with two twins, or converted to a king, with a guest bathroom featuring a bathtub. The perfect stay for families with kids.

This was the perfect condo for us as a 3 adults and one toddler! Magic Sands Beach is literally right across the street and is the perfect beach for playing in the sand! You can hear the waves from the lanai! The condo was conveniently located for day trips around the island, well-appointed with everything you will need for the beach, as well as in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable (medium-ish with a plush top) and there were plenty of towels. The washer and dryer are an added bonus and worked perfectly. The door is keyless which makes it incredibly easy to come and go from the beach without worrying about losing a key. There is also a pool, hot tub, billiards, and a sauna, all of which were lovely. Gary was a great and responsive host. We would absolutely stay at Kilokilo Kona again! We loved the condo and the Big Island!

Great location with nice amenities

My family stayed here for several days over Thanksgiving. The kitchen is well-equipped and modern. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and bright. We enjoyed spending time on the patio and by the pool. Good location. Magics Beach is small but very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent condo and location

The condo is everything you’d expect from a great place. Very nice interior and all the amenities you need. The host knows all the right touches to make your stay very comfortable. You are 50 yards away from the beach and 75 yards from a great spot for happy hour, dinner and outdoor seating to watch the sunset. I highly recommend this rental.
