Boogie boards, snorkel sets, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels &umbrellas for your use. Washer/dryer , TV in living room and free WIFI. BBQ area with pool and hot tub. Top floor (3rd story) condo, no elevators. Bathroom remodel 10/23. New paint 10/23. Mini Split AC in all rooms 4/23. New bedroom furniture 1/23. New flooring 9/22.
