員工很友善，而且有免費的洗衣設備可使用，令我不解是，我有在特别要求項目下，寫要低樓層房間，飯店却没有收到來自hotels.com 的任何訊息，我們很多行李要提到樓上房間，很吃力。

easy to stay
the hotel provided me a two bedroom apartment duo to I was the last person to check-in. It was a short stay. Room is good however without air condition, feeling cold. a heater is not enough for the room. I suggest they should have air condition in the apartment. The reception staff is kind and warm-heart. ...
