I entered in hotel with my friends and they denied to check-in because they have a policy to not to allow male and females in single from, where I booked 3 occupancy room for 3 people and they didn’t mention this policy anywhere in the details.The manager who was in the hotel, he was very rude. Last moment we had to hunt for lodgings. Absolutely terrible. Also this seems to be an ongoing scam on most hotels here in ujjain. They charge last moment lodging seekers high rate, and do not reserve room for online bookings at agreed upon price. this allows them to inflate charges for lodging seekers."
"I paid around 11800/- for 2 nights for a family room which was quite high in that area, when I checked in I found property dirty, bathroom lock broken, bathroom glass semi transparent. We got some workaround and didn’t change room as suggested because that room was even more dirtier. Food quality was bad and charges were high. overall service was below mark. So I will not recommend anyone to stay here."

Check in was a mess since reception sent me to a lower category room and then took an hour to correct the mistake. The front desk was very rude and not welcoming at all. We had a reservation for four nights and hoped that the hotel staff would be professional and polite. Will certainly not recommend the hotel to anyone."
