「It was a beautiful property but when we came the pool was ice cold. We were told it could be heated at an additional cost of €30 per day this would be useful to know prior to the booking so guests can prepare. We heated it for one day and were able to swim which was nice. The location was close to Lia Beach and everywhere on the island is close about a 20mins. Staff were attentive and very responsive to any questions or concerns.」

「I booked a Deluxe Studio Suite (323 sq ft), but upon check-in I was given a Pool Front Room (194 sq ft), which was a major disappointment. The room was significantly smaller than the one I had booked. To make matters worse, the door lock was broken, making it impossible to secure the room.
