“This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island.”

“Very clean apartment in a very nice area of Kauai. It was a little far away from some activities but close nice beaches. There were beach item available for use which made the visit great. It was a little difficult to find in the dark, the host provided good instructions. The apartment was missing some items that had been in the listing, the host was responsive and helpful in mitigating the issue satisfactorily. Overall a nice clean apartment in a nice area.”

Comfortable king size bed with air conditioning unit in room for cooler climate for sleeping. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels all available for a fun day at the beach, oh and snorkeling gear. Excellent communication with host’s, Regina and Scott. Eastern shore location perfect for touring Southern and Northern shores easily. Walking distance to great restaurants and……

“The property was very nice. It was just me and I loved sitting on the lanai each morning watching the sun rise. You are right across from the lookout to watch the sunset. The bed was comfy. Only downside is road noise but it knew that going into it. Great place to stay!”

“Lava Lava is on site for all meals and is great.property is Quiet by ten every night except for the surf which is just a few steps past the restaurant. Small but very nice rooms with everything that’s needed. Parking is in short supply but they do have valet. Best staff I’ve ever encountered. So kind and helpful! ”
