「Very clean, nice amenities. The house looks recently renovated and it was a very pleasant stay. The porch was fantastic for enjoying the view and the breeze. The yard was really private which was nice. It was chilly for the weekend and there were no extra blankets available. When we arrived the kitchen...

Binder of instructions for guest expectations significant with understanding of past abuses by guests regarding pets and body fluids.
