「We stayed here w/ my 6 months old, toddler plus 4 adults. We booked Deluxe Suit w/ private pool and sea view. The place is situated in a remote and very tranquil location. Immaculately clean and the crew were so friendly and welcoming. Upon check in we learned that our villa has no heated pool. The owner’s daughter was very nice and offer us to use the other duplex villa with heating pool in the first 2 days. Apparently only the duplex has a heated pool. 「was dissatisfied with my at Kelyfors Hotel stay for the following reasons:
Guests are required to dispose of their toilet paper waste in a trash can & not flush it down the toilet. This is uncommon and should disqualify this hotel from its 4-Star standard category. This toilet requirement should be transparent and guests should be aware in advance at time of booking and not informed at check-in. This leaves the guests no recourse to cancel booking if unsatisfied with this unsanitary...
