“Wow! On our first visit to Kauai we hit the jackpot! This property was exactly as described in every detail. Everything we needed was provided. Mounque was very responsive and helpful, and he obviously cares very much that we had a great experience. The location was fabulous as it is centrally located, giving easy access to all areas of the island while being close to grocery shopping and other needs. “This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island.”

“Very clean apartment in a very nice area of Kauai. It was a little far away from some activities but close nice beaches. There were beach item available for use which made the visit great. It was a little difficult to find in the dark, the host provided good instructions. The apartment was missing some items that had been in the listing, the host was responsive and helpful in mitigating the issue satisfactorily. Overall a nice clean apartment in a nice area.”

“Beautiful condo right on the beach! Clean and beautifully decorated. Full kitchen with everything you would need to cook. Comfortable king size bed with air conditioning unit in room for cooler climate for sleeping. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels all available for a fun day at the beach, oh and snorkeling gear. Excellent communication with host’s, Regina and Scott. “The suite is small but has everything that you need. A shopping area is only a couple of minutes walk away. It is an easy drive to all of the wonderful beaches on the island. We loved the beach right infront of the suite. It has a pooled area that is great for children or those who just want a quick dip in the water but just down the beach is also a great swimming area for those who want to play in the waves.”

“The property was very nice. It was just me and I loved sitting on the lanai each morning watching the sun rise. You are right across from the lookout to watch the sunset. The bed was comfy. Only downside is road noise but it knew that going into it. Great place to stay!”

“The location is great, close to the airport, hiking trails and beach. Room is nice and clean. Check in and out was easy as was communication. No early check-in though...per front desk they need to stick to check-in time privided by owner, not really a big deal, just thought some people may find that helpful. Thank you and Mahalo!”

“Loved our time at this property. I stayed with my husband and sister. We had plenty of room and privacy. Literally steps away from the beach. Waves and current we're pretty wild, but I could just sit on that beach and stare at the beautiful ocean all day. Location was great, 10-15 minutes from the airport and a very central spot on the island. You could drive to the north or south end within 35 minutes. “Good central location. We did a lot of hiking and beach walking. Loved the closeness to beach walking trail. Good place for the cost. Only thing we missed was a jacuzzi. That would have been wonderful after difficult hikes. Overall a nice place.”

“Very well managed, property grounds beautifully maintained. The pool is salt water, clean and beautiful. It was a smaller pool but nevr crowded. It is walking distance to restaurants, shopping and of course beaches.”
