"I’ve been staying here on and off the last 2 weeks, I am without a home after a fire that destroyed everything we own, I’m lucky my car was not destroyed, we didn’t have any kind of insurance so we have to pay for a hotel room everyday. It’s challenging but we’ve made it work between finding budget hotels and sleeping in our car with our 2 children and 2 babies, I wasn’t aware that they had an issue with our family staying at their hotel no one ever said a word to us, but today I went to rent a room and the front desk worker said we’ve been flagged and are not welcome to stay there. It was very embarrassing he said it in front of complete strangers and I wanted to cry after everything my family has been through I never expected to get treatment like this without even an explanation. Stay somewhere else this place has no care for their paying guests I went to a different hotel and was treated so kind"
