「The property was exactly as advertised and contained everything we needed for our stay. The location was very convenient -only 15 mins out of Jindabyne and less than half an hour to Kosciuszko NP. The tiny house was surrounded by bushland and farmland, and there was plenty of wildlife spotting. Craig was welcoming and accommodating, and his thoughtfulness in establishing the accommodation is evident. I would definitely recommend Big Yard Escapes as a peaceful getaway from the city or the grind. 」

「Property is beautiful, however it's little inconvenient as it's very remote, but this can be a good thing too, depend on your liking. we liked it. Parking can be challenging though, as the carport is small and if you do have big luggage's then you want to park at the bottom but unless you have a offroad vehicle, it is not advised. Other than that, is clean and cosey. Fireplace is not really effective and can be really cold in winter, and shower water is on the small side,. I would imagine it be...

「The hotel is an old one that needs some maintenance and updating. Rooms are small and as others have mentioned one can hear complete conversations of your neighbors. On the plus side, the staff were friendly, and helpful, the food was great and it is located within walking distance to the Summit and Main Range trek. It is the only hotel open in the summer season in Charlotte Pass. All in all I would stay again. 」
