“Amazing location and very comfortable rooms. Staff is nice, food is average, the spa has a lot of options and great service, the mini market is very handy and activities are great for people with small children. Would have been nice to have a bit more animation in the evening for grown ups, all inclusive cocktails are unfortunately really bad quality and we didn't like that you had to pay an extra for the premium option. “Room was not the same that was shown in the pictures in website. Room was not modern. Air condition was terrible and room was way too hot (in August). Room smelled like mold. “This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before.
