"Free parking, right in- town and just minutes by walking to some good restaurants. The morning breakfast was great - including waffles with lots of topping choices. Coffee and tea seemed to be available all day in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable!"

"After our stay, I looked at some of the other reviews and, to be honest, I was surprised. This is a hotel that runs under $130 a night with breakfast included. You have to keep your expectations realistic. You get what you pay for — and in this case, you actually get more. Some folks just don’t seem to understand that. If you’re looking for something “over the top,” then go spend the extra money somewhere else. For the price point, this place more than delivers. Don’t disparage something you don’t fully understand — sometimes you’ve got to appreciate good value when you see it. We stayed at the Park Inn in Florence, South Carolina after being on the road for half the day, and honestly, it was just what we needed. The lobby was clean and welcoming, and the room was large, spotless, and smelled amazing — not that stale hotel smell you sometimes get. Everything was neat, fresh, and comfortable. The TV was huge, the Wi-Fi worked great, and we could finally just relax. Breakfast was way better than expected — waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, plenty of coffee — everything hot and fresh. For the price, it was more than fair and definitely better than what we’ve had at other places lately. But what really stood out was Daniel at the front desk. That man was an absolute gem — friendly, funny, and just easy to talk to. The kind of person you instantly like and could sit down and laugh with. People like him are rare these days, and I truly believe he made our whole stay better!"

"Check in was smooth and quick. The room was comfortable as well as the climate control. This was our second time staying in this motel and would not hesitate to book again. At first I was leery about Howard Johnson's but the high ratings are well deserved."

"We were very impress with the property. It had everything we needed and more. Something that was needed but not mentioned was the half bathroom in the laundry room was amazing and helpful. Kimberly is a great host and excellent at communication. Every room was clean and enough space for everyone. We will be visiting again soon as our son lives there with his wife and our granddaughters so it is family friendly "
