Great house, beautiful location

We had a lovely time. The surroundings are beautiful and the house is just perfect. Especially the terrace was comfortable with the sunny days we were lucky enough to experience. The proximity to the Rewe in Kaltennordheim is very convenient. You can hike beautifully in the area right from the house....A lot has been thought about in the house, which makes it very pleasant. Only a good frying pan would be welcome ;-), but that is the only thing we missed. For the rest: just super!Many thanks!

Wir, 5 Erwachsene und ein Hund, haben eine Woche - 06. bis 13.08.2025 - im Ferienhaus in der Rhön verbracht. Es war sehr schön. Bedingt durch gutes Wetter konnten wir die großzügige Terrasse, mit einem fantastischen Blick über die Gegend und den riesigen Garten prima nutzen. Grill und Feuerstelle haben alles super abgerundet. Im Haus war alles so wie beschrieben: Check-in lief reibungslos, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Bäder und Schlafzimmer in Ordnung und alles sehr sauber. Die Bilder vom Haus, drinnen wie draußen, entsprechen alle der Wahrheit. Wir können dieses Haus, ohne zu zögern, weiterempfehlen.

Das Objekt liegt etwas außerhalb von Kaltennordheim. Ideal für Ruhesuchende und spielende Kinder. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nächste Umgebung. Auch zum Wandern ideal gelegen. Das Haus bietet alles was ein Urlauberherz begehrt, denn es ist super ausgestattet. Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Traumhaus

Wir, drei Geschwister, haben eine wundervolle Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Es bietet alles, was man braucht und noch mehr. Die Elektrogeräte sind von hoher Qualität, so wie die ganze Ausstattung des Ferienhauses. Das habe ich bisher noch in keinem Ferienhaus erlebt, und wir fahren seit vielen Jahren zusammen in Urlaub.Trotz der Hitzewelle behielten wir einen kühlen Kopf, da es in jedem Zimmer, auch in den Schlafzimmern, eine Klimaanlage gibt. Und für mich als Insektenhasserin war es toll, dass an jedem Fenster ein Fliegengitter angebracht ist. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, nur die Vögel waren zu hören. Die große Rasenfläche hinter dem Haus hat meinem Hund sehr gefallen. Er konnte sich so richtig austoben.Die Anfahrt ist problemlos, wenn man ein Navi hat. Sonst fährt man mit Sicherheit an dem schmalen Feldweg vorbei, der hoch zum Haus führt. Und was man wissen muss: Dieser Weg ist nicht befestigt. Im Winter dürfte die Fahrt bei Schnee schwierig sein. Aber das ist nur meine Annahme.Das Haus hat zwar eine Anschrift in Kaltennordheim, ist aber rd. 4 km von diesem Ort entfernt. Man benötigt also auf alle Fälle ein Auto, um z.B. einzukaufen.

Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet und genauso, wie im Inserat beworben. Wir haben 1 Woche Urlaub genossen, weg von Trubel und Stress. Es ist genügend Platz für Kinder zum spielen und toben, sowie eine wunderbare Terrasse zum draussen sitzen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Wir sind den Wanderweg "Das grüne Band" gewandert und das Haus war täglich unser Übernachtungspunkt.

Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Grundstück, 3 Autos hatten gut Platz. Es ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht... Küche, Grill, Terrasse, in den Bädern ausreichend Toilettenpapier, Papiertaschentücher...., ein Staubsauger für zwischendurch u.s.w.

Perfekte Auszeit

Für uns ist dieses Haus der perfekte Ort zum Erholen: wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, in Bezug auf Komfort und Ausstattung fehlte sowohl im Haus als auch im Garten/ Außenbereich absolut nichts.Bei schönem Wetter konnten wir mit unserem Labrador Henry direkt von der Haustür aus loswandern und spazierengehen, auf der Terrasse grillen, die Sonne, die ruhige Lage und den tollen Ausblick genießen.An kühleren Abenden wärmt die Feuerstelle im Garten oder man kann es sich vor dem Pellet-Kaminofen richtig gemütlich machen.Ganz besonders bedanken wir uns bei dem Vermieter Tino, der immer erreichbar, super freundlich und hilfsbereit ist und alles getan hat, damit wir uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt haben - wir kommen auf jeden Fall bald wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf

Es war wunderbar.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Ferienhaus in der Rhön. Es war für alles gesorgt, die Zimmer sind mit Liebe eingerichtet und uns hat auch die Feuerstelle draußen im Garten besonders gut gefallen. Einziges Manko war der strenge Geruch im unteren Bad. Die Umgebung lädt zu Ausflügen in der Natur ein, wir haben sogar noch Fleckchen mit Schnee entdeckt und konnten auf der Wasserkuppe rodeln gehen. Wir danken für die entspannte Zeit und den guten Kontakt im Vorfeld.

Überragendes Ferienhaus in der Natur

Urlaub mit dem Fahrrad in Thüringen

Das Haus ist super. Selten sind wir in einem so tollen Ferienhaus gewesen. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Leider ist es schwierig in der Umgebung Restaurants zu finden. Viele sind geschlossen. Die Fahrradwege in der Umgebung sind oft mit grobem Schotter versehen

Traumhaft schön

Wunderbare Unterkunft. Schöner Garten. Zum einkaufen muss man zwar ins Dorf runter fahren, aber da wir jeden Tag unterwegs waren haben wir es gleich auf dem Rückweg erledigt .

Sehr erholsame Woche

Das komplette Objekt incl. dem Grundstück, die sehr ruhige Lage und die Top-Ausstattung (z.B. Klimaanlagen in fast allen Räumen sowie hochwertiger Fliegenschutz) haben die eine Woche wie im Flug vergehen lassen. Wir (4 Erwachsene + 2 kleine Hunde) haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war vorbildlich und unkompliziert. Einziges kleines Manko war die fehlende Gastronomie in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

Perfektes Ferienhaus zum Erholen und Entspannen

Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus zum zweiten Mal gebucht, weil es einfach nur perfekt ist. Die hohe Qualität der Einrichtung und die Liebe zum Detail hat uns wieder begeistert. Es fehlt hier an Nichts und dieses Mal war auch ein super Wetter, so dass wir den Außenbereich genießen konnten. Unsere mitgereiste Hexe (Schäferhündin) hatte auch viel Platz zum Toben. Vielen herzlichen Dank an den Vermieter!

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, auch bei der Qualität können sich andere ne Scheibe abschneiden. Lediglich die Matratzen könnten bequemer sein.

Haus in traumhafter Lage

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes. Um Fahrradtouren dort zu machen, haben wir die Räder immer auf dem Träger des Autos gelassen, weil man direkt vom Haus nicht losfahren kann. Dieses ist aber nicht negativ zu werten, weil die ruhige Alleinlage des Hauses traumhaft ist. Das Haus war super sauber, ist voll ausgestattet, wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen.

Vom checkin/out über Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage alles bestens. Einziges Manko ist der Zufahrtsweg, da nur aufgeschottert.
