"名古屋出張の時はここに決めてます。
サウナはドライタイプとセルフロウリュタイプに別れどちらも素敵ですが、個人的には森のサウナと呼ばれるセルフロウリュタイプが好みです。
中は薄暗く灯りが調整され、ヴィヒタをつけた水を温められた石にかけることで、ヴィヒタのいい香りが充満し、リラックスできます。ラップランド水風呂は気温マイナス25度、水温0℃に調整され、サウナで拡張した、血管がキュッとひきしめられほんとにととのいすぎます。
1時間に1回程度実施されるアウフグースさーも他の施設のようにうるさいタイプではなく、静かに行って いただけます。"
