"この広さは中々無い。親子3代、複数世帯でゆっくり過ごすのに最適。リビングの隣に和室があるのも小さい子供がいる時重宝。リビングの暖炉は加湿器なので火でもないし熱くもならず。お風呂に従兄弟たちが大人数で入っても広々。大人はサウナを楽しめる。夏はプールとテラスでのBBQ楽しいだろうなぁ。電子グランドピアノでじじばばに孫たちはピアノの成果発表。 イオンまで行かずとも徒歩圏内に地元スーパーとドラッグストアあり、食材・惣菜・酒類・飲料・調味料も揃う。 散歩に海岸で日の出を見るも良し。サーフィンやるパパママさんには最高のロケーション。裏の庭側出口からショートカットできてシーワールドには徒歩5分。 テレビはリビングと2階ピロティのスクリーンと2つあるので、子供たちは２階でゲーム、大人は１階で映画も可。★Wi-Fi弱かったのが超難点。RAKUTENなのに繋がらないなんて！早急な改善求む★ 必要な家電も概ね揃っている。トースターとグリルが無い(電子オーブンレンジか、IHで代用)。家電の使い方説明書があるものもあるが無いものも多く、最初使い方に戸惑う(洗濯機、レンジ)。 連泊がオススメ！"
