10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1 review)
"This property is excellently run, beautiful inside and out, and the service is first-rate. I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. I did have an issue with my hot-water heater which was not working, and the staff immediately offered solutions such as moving rooms or showering in a different room. I did not need to do that, but I appreciated their efforts. That was the only problem that I had during my...

5.8 out of 10, (8 reviews)
"For starters, the staff here are excellent. And the hotel is kept quite clean. There are other inconsistencies, however. If you need wifi in your room, it is hit and miss for no apparent reason. For emergencies, there is always wifi in the reception area. I was there for 3 nights. I had hot water for two mornings but not the third. You have to run the shower for some time. The menu for the restaurant is limited and much of what is on the menu is not available. Having said that, I did not...

"I recently stayed at your property and wanted to share some feedback. While I was very impressed with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the "spot on" check-in process, there were a few issues that impacted my stay.
Most importantly, the shower head and door in my room leaked significantly, leading to a flooded bathroom floor. This is a serious safety hazard that needs immediate maintenance attention.
Additionally, I found the service at the restaurant to be quite slow. It...
