「at the check in ,
1. reception unable to find my booking . it take her a while to find it. only has one staff attending to one big grp check in
Hotel room
1. House cleaning - checked in with room no towel n toilet roll.
2. Internet connection - not working at all despite inform the reception
3. Aircon started to leaked at 2nd night ( room 110) 」

「The place that I stay it's like never been clean before guest come in, it's full of dust and sand even on the bed. The curtain at the porch very dirty and a little smelly and also please put roof at the toliet it's very uncomfortable when rain and u want take a poop for a while but u are drenched because of the rain like it is in the middle of the night and it's very cold. Otherwise all okay just the room it's a little bit uncomfortable for me, yes on the day we likely not in the room much. But...

「The hotel was very clean and nice, although there isn't a lot around the area. It's about a 17min walk to the nearest supermarket which is in a mall.
Could do with some comfortable loungers at the pool. There were only 2. Also, there are a lot of families so is busy around 5ish until 7ish.
The 2nd floor garden area is beautiful and peaceful.」
