"Definitely NOT Luxury, we had to change rooms 3 times. 1st room had a moldy smell, moldy showers, shower handle was broken, fridges would not close. 2nd room had a water leak and was flooded, cockroach infestation, and moldy smell and mold in showers. 3rd room was the cleanest of the 3 but still had mold, and needed maintenance. "I stayed in this apartment for three nights. The apartment is in an apartment block with residential housing. The neighbours were quite noisy. Getting the keys was convoluted. The apartment was basic and run down. Facilities were very basic. The bed in the main bedroom seemed like a king size and was comfortable but too short for me. The smaller bedroom also had a short single bed. There was bath gel in the bathroom but nothing else."

"Excellent staff from helping with luggage from the taxi, to checking in. They didn’t email me when my room was ready, as they said they would however. The only other thing is that I would offer a buggy or something to transfer guests to and from the golf club. Instead, I had to book a taxi! It was chucking it down, so that was the only option I had! Otherwise, excellent and just 10 mins to my airport in the morning. (NOT Klia!)."

"Amazing breakfast spread. I think worth the price. Really kind, polite restaurant staff. 5 star level food. Pool, gym, amenities pretty high class. Rooftop view is amazing. We stayed for almost 14 days in total. First leg the room was amazing. Then we went to Johur Bahru for a few days then came back for the last leg of our stay. Unfortunately, for our second leg, the room was NOT GOOD. There were water damaged floorboards, the room had old scratched up furniture, and for a couple days everytime we went down to the garage, it absolutely stank like sewer. I get it's a building shared with a mall, but still hotel management need to be aware of this. Overall I would have given the stay a solid A, but due to poor room conditions and the smell in the garage for our second part of stay, I'll give it a B+."
