This private, quiet community is situated in the world-famous Mauna Lani Resort, on the west coast of the Big Island of Hawaii.
This home was built in 2019 and has excellent golf course views facing the green. The house has engineered acacia wood floors throughout. The home has three beautiful lanais and a bbq off the main floor lanai. You will truly appreciate the woodwork, tray ceilings, elegant fixtures, and fans, as well as the light and airy feeling throughout the home. Much thought has gone into design, furnishing, comfortable linens, and a fully stocked kitchen.
The main floor features your great room with living, dining, kitchen, and lanai opening all together. There is a conveniently located half bath off of the kitchen. A king-sized master bedroom with an en suite bathroom also completes this level. The lower level of the home contains two lanais with a walk out to a grassy lawn. The main bedroom is equipped with king king-sized bed and an expansive en suite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. A third bedroom contains a queen bed and a 4th bedroom has two queen beds. A full bathroom is shared by these rooms.
Your condo comes complete with TVs in every bedroom and living room, a washer/dryer for your use as well as supplies, central air, parking for 2 cars, garage access with many beach toys and gear (towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella, snorkels, toys, boogie boards, bikes, pickleball paddles, and golf clubs) and many necessities are included that make a stay at this vacation home so comfortable.

As a guest of Ka Milo you will have access to the renowned KaMilo Recreation Center our villa is two acres of enjoyment, including a lap pool, a 2nd “lagoon-style” pool, 2 hot tubs, an air-conditioned fitness center, and covered pavilion picnic area.
Our guests also receive access to the exclusive Mauna Lani Beach Club. The club includes private parking, chaise lounge chairs, bathrooms, a small restaurant where guests can purchase food and drinks, and a surf hut where you can rent paddle boards and other equipment. The sheltered ocean cove is wonderful for snorkeling and paddle boarding.
Just a short walk south from Ka Milo, will find The Shops at Mauna Lani, an open-air mall that contains a well-stocked food market, art galleries, boutique shops, and several fine places to eat. A short walk north will lead you to the Fairmont Orchid Hotel, which has fine dining and a wonderful spa!
