“Deep clean is needed especially for the bathroom and kitchen. It smells in the property… bathroom is dirty and stinky (no ventilation) and so as the kitchen. We had to open both doors in order to get airflow for fresh air. ”

“First, there is hot water. I know previous reviews had issues with it but the bathroom has been completely updated and the hot water was awesome. And enough for a family. Overall the condo is super cute and comfortable. It’s beautiful to water the sun come up over the mountains in the morning. The location is about as good as it gets and you’re able to walk across the street and enter the park and grab a shuttle. Because of the location, stargazing is also awesome and easy. It is above a Subway……

“Really enjoyed our stay and the area! The condo was spacious. I would've appreciated another set of wash cloths and a few more toilet paper rolls. We stayed five nights and ran out. We had to wash the cloths every day to have enough for the next day. Two for each person would've been very helpful. Other than that, it was amazing! We loved renting ATVs and riding them on the trails. We also visited Zion, Kanarra Falls, and Bryce Canyon!”

“We have loved this stay. It has been said and repeated, location is unbeatable as the traffic to enter the park can be really heavy, even in the so-called low season. But on top of that, the appartment is comfy, spatious, well maintained and kitchen decently equipped. The host has been super responsive when we had little issue with an appliance, which got fixed almost immediately. The only caveat I would have is we can hear a lot of the appt#3 from the room, so I guess it depends of your……

“I have stayed here three times and likely will again. Kris is very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is large and commodious. There is a small patio area with a barbecue and table and chairs that we have used. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, although it is a bit of a walk to the main part of town and its amenities and restaurants (too far for us, especially in the heat). But he has included everything you might need for a several night stay. And Kanab is great.”

“Literally across the street from Zion. Beside park lodging, you are the first property. The Subway downstairs has great coffee and a really, really nice staff. 30 minutes from Davis supermarket and 40 from a Walmart. The owner was on site almost every day- very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know traveling to Zion”

“It’s close to all the major trails, restaurants and grocery stores! The Grand Canyon Brewery was a great place for lunch and a bear. We enjoyed evening walks close to the VRBO and had all the information we needed in a binder that Amy provided for her guests.”

“Great one room stay with attached bathroom with large shower and toiletries situated in country about 30 minutes from park. Trout fishing opportunity if you bring your tackle. Bring what you need as there were few options close to dine or buy food in April. Nice firepit with wood provided.”

“This studio was much larger than expected. Very clean, comfortable bed and wonderful shower/bath. Net was extremely responsive and suggested an excellent canyoneering tour guide group. The location was quiet and allowed me to visit both Bryce Canyon and Zion. Absolutely perfect stay.”

“The location is fantastic. It's a 20-minute walk to the park entrance and there are good restaurants, coffee shops, a laundromat, gas station and grocery store right on top of you. There is a spacious full kitchen if you want to cook. We have 4 people and never felt crammed. There were a lot of thoughtful touches, plenty of living room seating, bikes for rent right outside and a shuttle stop on the street. Visit the candy shop next to the laundry mat! We could clearly hear the people upstairs,……

“Great property and location for accessing Bryce Canyon NP and Kodachrome Basin SP. Provided amenities include healthy snacks and firewood and outdoor chairs/loungers. Riverstone work in bathroom was beautiful but a little hard on feet. Bathroom was small is only drawback. Perfect for young couples.”

“Went to Kanab to visit Zion Bryce and antelope canyon. The condo was in a perfect location for our home base. It’s Utah so there is a lot of driving but it was so nice to have a place to come back and relax by the fire and play cards! Clean friendly and comfortable! Already planning a trip back with my husband.”
