  • Enjoy your Southern Utah vacation in a comfortably furnished 4-bedroom home located less than a mile from downtown Kanab. An open kitchen-dining-living room area provides a great place for meals and relaxing after a busy day enjoying Mother Nature. Zion, Bryce, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, the Wave, Glen Canyon Dam/Lake Powell are within easy driving distance. Best Friends animal shelter is available for touring. Kanab has an excellent community pool and splash pad available for the kids during the summer.

    Our nightly rate is based on the number of guests. The rate starts at $175 for two guests with an additional $10 for each guest up to eight. This allows couples as well as groups up to 8 to affordably enjoy our wonderful vacation home.

We really enjoyed our time at Bryan and Debbie’s house. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had in a vacation rental. They had helpful tips on places to go and everything was well organized.

BEAUTIFUL Home! Great Location!

This home was beautifully decorated to feel warm and inviting! It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host, Bryan, was great with communication. We stayed here for access to Zion & Bryce National Parks and it was the perfect location! We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet Neighborhood Retreat

It was newer, well maintained & stocked with everything you need on vacation. Four beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and outdoor seating available in the front and back. Even a place to park you car in the garage!

Excellent property; Great Location

Wonderful place to stay. The home is clean, well organized, fully stocked with everything one would need or have in their own home. Great location to visit Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon. We cooked our meals for the week but there are plenty of resturants to eat in Kanab. The hosts are very responsive, check in was super easy, location is very quiet and private. Vacation homes don’t get any better than this place. We’ll be back.
