The Retreat features two large family areas in a roomy open concept with vaulted ceilings and seating for everyone. Three queen sized bedrooms, 1 full-size futon provides sleeping for 8 and two full bathrooms, one with a large soaking tub. There are beautiful views of the Vermillion Cliffs to the north and the covered porch overlooks the Kaibab Forest to the south.

The Space:
This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends! :)
Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy:)

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire Retreat and property.

The Neighborhood:
Vermillion Cliff Estates is located just 5 miles east of downtown Kanab and with large expansive lots, you'll enjoy wide open spaces and starry night skies.

Getting Around:
Convenient access to State Hwy 89 easily takes you to all the national and state parks while providing year-round access. 4WD is not required for the Retreat, but may be recommended for some of the remote destinations awaiting you.

Please note this home and the entire property are strictly non-smoking and pet free.
