“The home is beautiful and easy to access. Very clean and comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I didn’t realize it literally has I-15 as its backyard! I was hoping for quiet as the listing said “acres to yourself” but got a lot of freeway noise.”

“It is a basement apartment in a nice neighborhood. Communication with the host was great. The property is 5 minutes away from SUU. Again, it is a basement apartment so there was noise from upstairs. It could use a good dusting and the bathroom towels and shower curtain smelled a little weird.”

“This place was a wonderful stay! So quiet and cozy! The cleanest place we have stayed at in a long time! Upon arrival they hosted a s’mores night by the fire pit for the guests and my son thought that was the coolest! We will stay here every time we visit cedar city! ”

“Great Stay, should say another great stay! Have been here before and I shall return. I was traveling with two bicycles so asked if there was a first floor room an available. Should say I failed to do this upfront and it was after I was given a second floor room. Felt bad for not asking first. Room was changed along, with an upgrade. I apologized and was advised not an issue. It was an inconvenience for them but the change occurred for which I am very appreciative. ”
