「It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.」

「It wasn't a hostel I felt particularly comfortable at - the dorm room was rather tiny with no real storage space, the bed very short (1.90m) and its curtains not even covering the whole length, the bunks metal rods rather outdated, the room door very squeaky with its handle everything other than smooth to operate. On the upside, staff is super friendly and the place kept very clean!」

The property itsel is exceptional as I have stayed before, rooms are spacious. But it's clear that no checking from Wotif has left me without a room on a dark night ! 」

「Overall is good. The location is good for a walk from the kangaroo point to the southbank park and Brisbane town hall. There are restaurants in convenient store nearby. The only thing is the door lock of our room is not working properly. Still I will consider this hotel for my next stay.」

「Although reception isn't always open, the manager was always available by phone. I really enjoyed my stay here. I loved the proximity to a number of cafes and restaurants. It's also very easy to get the ferry across to the city or Southbank.」

「對住宿的整體都好滿意，只係地點交通比較不方便，需要自駕游。 但是對貴公司所提意的Tiger Airline的職員由Brisbane回Sydney，她指我旳手提行李重，但是我地三個人只帶一個約6.5Kg. 我收到你的Email寫明女人手袋及背包都不計在手提行李的重量內，她堅持所有帶上機都要計算。同時我們發覺她只係檢查亞洲人，有種類其事的可能性。我們同佢講理由，她說佢講話係就係，唔好同佢爭拗，希望貴公司向Tiger Airline反映，他們的員工使我以後都不會乘佢哋任何航機。」
