Poor cleaning
"We are so disappointed of this Hotel, I stay at this hotel for five night but only three days have cleaning and two night are missing ! From the first day haven’t cleaned, I have already go down to reception to complain and strongly request the cleaning requirement. but end up it happen again!"

"Nice modern feel, lovely staff and great location. Only small negative was that the cleaning during the stay was very thorough e.g. bathroom not swept, bathroom bin not fully emptied"
