「The actual room was very nice, large and clean. We were impressed by the size of the bathroom, we could unpack all of our toiletries and leave them on the countertop. The beds were firm and very comfortable.」

「It’s a lot of space for a good price. The floors could just use a deep cleaning and there was trash in the couch cushions. Pretty nice over all.」

「I feel that the Local punches above it's weight, the room was comfortable and spacious. The free breakfast was a disappointment. We enjoyed the large windows that room #211 provided us. It was a great view of the world of Leavenworth. The train whistle was charming to hear. The staff was gracious. We are certain to return.」

「It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the outdoor pool wasn’t open and the guest laundry wasn’t available. We had to buy a frying pan because none was available in the kitchenette. However as soon as all renovations are done it will be a very nice place」
