they called me the day before check in to tell me they were moving my room to another hotel farther away. i booked my room months ago. i had to pay the difference to the new room, over $80 more per night, drive the extra 25minutes to get there, and they gave no apologies. only an excuse of , "well, we have to move others also". i wouldnt book with them if they fave me a free room. customers dont matter here.
