Guests will have easy access to all that Independence and Kansas City has to offer at this family-friendly home nestled in the Independence green belt. Less than a mile from 435 and I-70, you will find this a quiet and comfy stop whether here for business or pleasure. The home offers wide open floor plan, high ceilings, wi-fi and a full kitchen in a quiet area with the host across the street to respond to your needs quickly. 3.7 miles to Arrowhead/Kauffman Stadiums. Worlds of Fun/Oceans of Fun is 10 minutes away. Only a few minutes from downtown Independence Square with the Historic Truman Home and Museum. Downtown KC/Power & Light District (incl. T-Mobile Center) is a 15 minute drive. This home offers an affordable, comfortable base for your family's stay in the area.

Girls Trip
We three 70s ladies were incredulous at the quality of the property as compared to the listing. So comfortable in every way. Just an awesome experience, and Jennifer was extremely patient and nice with us older non-techie women! Will definitely reserve again if an opportunity arises

Great place to stay!
Our family of 5, including three adult children, loved being able to spread out and have a full kitchen, washer/dryer and two bathrooms. Jennifer is wonderful, so helpful and prompt with responses! She recommended Joe’s BBQ-it’s a must! Would stay here again!

Great House Near Arrowhead Stadium
Property is everything the description says it is. Great communication with the property manager. Great amenities, televisions, WiFi, dishwasher, washer and dryer, all worked great. If you're attending a Chiefs game, this is a great house, it's literally just a few minutes from the stadium.

Thanksgiving with family
Came into town to celebrate Thanksgiving with family Property was very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed to host a nice Thanksgiving dinner the property host was very responsive to any needs or questions we had overall we had a great time and would definitely visit again

Chiefs Weekend
We had two couples looking to have a great weekend close to Arrowhead. The owner responded quickly to the only question we had. The house was clean and comfortable. If you are a Moose member there is one right down the street. My only fear with this review is that the house won’t be available when we need it again.
