Family friendly home 9 miles from the airport and 10 miles from Downtown KC this quaint home sits on 2 acres with lots of things to do as you enjoy your stay in KC. Basement is a complete game room with foosball and arcade games. Outside you can enjoy ladder golf and the fire pit.

This property is close to town but feels like it's in the country. There is plenty of room for up to 10, but the couch beds aren't really that comfortable, so I would recommend bringing your own air mattress if you have to sleep on couches. The house cleaners laundry in the washer and it has to be rewashed. The washer was broken and didn't ever get the water out so it took forever to dry them. We couldn't utilize the laundry room at all. Everything else was great. They had plenty of things for cooking, but only 8 plates so we had to wash them each time we ate at home. The house was really nice though.

This house was exactly as pictured. The property and view out of the back of the house is gorgeous! The kids loved the game room and there was plenty of room for our family to visit. There were some small repairs needed, but nothing that impacted our stay. The location was great! Lots of dining and entertainment options within minutes of the house. We would definitely stay here again.

House was definitely a home away from home. Really appreciated all the property had to offer. Huge yard, great for kiddos to roam and get some energy out. Lots of nearby parks. Close to highways. Host was super responsive! Will stay again if in the area! 10/10 highly recommend!

The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a very convenient and peaceful location. Although, everyone's GPS took them a weird way to get there. My friends and I stayed here as a place to get ready for my wedding day and it served our purposes well.

We loved this house!! We were in KC for a family wedding. The Northland location was near airport, local family, and wedding location in Kansas. My grandson and his dad loved the game room! We were enchanted by the super large backyard and the many deer who visited. I’d like to stay in summer when we could play games in the backyard and barbecue on the deck. This is a nice property and spacious for a family or a small group of friends. It was ample space for our group of 5 women. There are TVs available for movies and the games would be especially nice for a family with children. The place is in a quiet neighborhood and is a peaceful setting with a large yard. The description online is accurate and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfection

Book this house!!!!! Everything about this property was PERFECT!!! My kids loved the uno cards with the nfl teams on back. The back yard was beautiful and we pulled up one night and a deer was in the backyard and there are plenty of rabbits hopping around too. Very close to the interstates and that made it even easier. Stores close to the property was another plus. When I come back I will be looking to book here again.

We enjoyed our stay here! Very clean and a great location. The view from the back patio is awesome! There were only 4 forks in the house and the owner immediately took care of getting us some more. This is a comfortable place to stay when visiting KC.

Wonderful house and large property

This house was very comfortable for our stay. Lauren was very responsive, we had a couple small things that took some time to resolve but it was obvious that they cared a lot about our comfort. My only suggestion would be for some more silverware and dishes. There weren’t always enough for our family of 6.

Great homebase to explore the KC area

We came to this property for a family vacation to the KC area. We really enjoyed the convenient location - close to the highway to get where we needed, and the homebase worked great for our family. The *huge* backyard and fun gameroom were hits with our teen boys, and my wife and I enjoyed the spacious kitchen.Communication with the hosts was seamless, with prompt responses to any question.

Big 12 Conference Tournament get-away

Our family had a great experience with this VRBO while in the KC area for the Big 12 basketball tournament. While it wasn’t right downtown in the heart of the action, it was a fairly quick 20 minute drive or 25 Uber. The backyard was perfect for some catch and our family’s high score on Galaga was 60,060.

Great stay

We stayed here for 2 nights, it was easy to find, great access instructions, my teenagers enjoyed the basement game room, we got to see the deer in the backyard one of the nights, the home was clean, ready, and very comfortable. Would stay here again the next time we visit Kansas City
